The masthead below constitutes the official editorial record of the publication for purposes of press accreditation, institutional correspondence, and public accountability.
Press Accreditation Notice — This masthead is submitted in support of press credential applications to the U.S. Department of State, the White House Press Office, the Foreign Press Center, and accredited international diplomatic missions. All staff listings reflect current editorial appointments as of the date of publication. Founder & Publisher
Mr. Tang Kwale Clovis is the Founder and Publisher of The Mandate International Journal (United States) and THE MANDATE Journal (Cameroon). He established both publications on the conviction that rigorous, independent journalism on diplomacy, governance, and humanitarian affairs is indispensable to democratic governance and responsible international engagement. Mr. Tang Kwale Clovis holds full editorial and institutional authority over both publications. The Cameroonian edition — registered under Reg. N° 000005/RDA/J06/SAAJP/BAPP, Préfecture du Mfoundi, 26 March 2026 — operates under the editorial and institutional support of the international edition. Mr. Tang Kwale Clovis is the Publisher of Record for all press accreditation, institutional correspondence, and legal accountability purposes.

The Editor-in-Chief holds final editorial authority over all published content, oversees the editorial calendar, and is responsible for maintaining the Journal's standards of accuracy, fairness, and editorial independence. The Editor-in-Chief serves as the primary point of contact for press accreditation bodies and institutional partners.
